Patient in her 60’s with prior breast augmentation, desiring smaller and more shapely breasts as well as back improvement. She had revision breast augmentation and breast lift with mesh internal bra and fold reconstruction as well as 360 upper back/body lift. Her 290 cc implants removed and new cohesive 170 cc implants placed with her reduction/lift.
