Patient in her 40’s, BMI 27, before/after extended TT, Hi-Def lipo, fat transfer hip dips and breast lift with implants and mesh internal bra. Implants used were 290 cc, cohesive gummy bear, moderate profile under the muscle. A fleur de lis was recommended for best results, but patient did not want a vertical scar.
