A patient with a prior history of right breast mastopexy and radiation came to see me after failing implant reconstruction with another local plastic surgeon. A right TRAM was done and the left breast was reconstructed with an implant. No nipple reconstruction was desired. The patient quit smoking for the procedure but still had some delayed healing of the abdominal incision resulting in the area shown.
