Patient in her 40’s, BMI 24, prior breast augmentation elsewhere with capsular contracture and waterfall deformity. Pt had redo augmentation with new pockets created below the muscle, breast lift, breast fold reconstruction and mesh internal bra. Implants used were 405 cc moderate profile cohesive, gummy bear. Patient also had mini tummy tuck/lower body lift and 360 Hi-Def lipo with BBL
