A challenging case in a patient with breast cancer and implant reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. She had a saline implant deflation and a capsular contracture (firm right breast implant) of the right breast in addition to an overall poor result. Her diseased capsules were completely removed and silicone implant reconstruction with 650 cc high profile textured implant was placed in addition to 2 large pieces of mesh.
