55 year old female with history of right breast implant reconstruction with another plastic surgeon years prior with a disfigured right breast sought a second opinion after her original plastic surgeon was unable to offer a solution. A revision was done with capsulectomy and revision of her reconstruction with new implants and acellular dermis.
