Patient in her 50’s who had prior breast implants and had right breast cancer. She underwent lumpectomy and radiation which caused a significant deformity and capsular contracture to her right breast. To correct this, she underwent mastectomy with latissimus muscle flap and implant reconstruction of her right breast with re-do breast augmentation with Galaflex mesh left breast. She lost a portion of her nipple due to her smoking history.
