73 year old female with left breast cancer. She underwent one – stage reconstruction above the muscle in the left breast with a 700 round high profile silicone implant and large piece of Alloderm. The right breast had a revision augmentation with removal of old implant and capsuler and re-augmentation with 310 cc moderate plus profile round silicone implant.
