Every breast augmentation should be customized. This patient underwent a bespoke breast augmentation designed specifically for her anatomy and goals—not simply choosing an implant size.
In addition to creating beautiful upper pole fullness and natural cleavage, this procedure corrected breast fold asymmetry, helping create a more balanced, harmonious result.
Approximately 300 cc highly cohesive silicone implants were placed in the subfascial (above-the-muscle) plane. For the right candidate, this offers several advantages:

This patient came to me just 6 months after surgery elsewhere because she was disappointed with her contour. She was left with:
• A distorted belly button
• An irregular scar

This patient had previously undergone liposuction elsewhere but was left with persistent fullness and contour irregularities of the lower abdomen. She still wasn’t achieving the shape she had hoped for.
To address those concerns, we performed a mini tummy tuck with high-definition liposculpting to improve abdominal definition and smooth the lower abdominal irregularities. We also performed a small breast augmentation to restore proportion and fat transfer to the hip dips to create a more balanced, athletic silhouette.
Sometimes it’s not about doing more—it’s about doing the right combination of procedures to achieve harmony and proportion.

We combined a fleur-de-lis lower body lift with 360° liposuction and BBL 🍑 to remove excess skin, reshape the waist and abdomen, and improve buttock volume and contour. A breast reduction and lift helped bring the upper body into proportion with her new shape.
