This patient had bilateral mastectomies for cancer. She had tissue expanders placed in her first surgery as part of a planned, staged procedure top preserve her breast skin. She then underwent radiation to her right breast with the tissue expander in place. After radiation was complete, she underwent removal fot eh tissue expanders and bilateral TRAM reconstruction of her breasts . Her final surgery was to create nipples and add supportive mesh to her left breast to improve her symmetry with the radiated breast. File under TRAM and DIEP flaps
