Patient in her 20’s with prior breast augmentation and asymmetry with left breast larger. She underwent revision breast augmentation to improve her symmetry. She had an incidental finding of right breast implant rupture so additional capsulectomy was done on the right. She also had a tummy tuck with Hi-Def lipo and fat transfer hip dips. She had visceral fat that caused her abdomen to protrude, muscle separation and an umbilical hernia that was repaired. A neoumbilicus (completely new belly button) was surgically created since her old belly button was removed.
