49 year old female diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent 2-stage reconstruction after skin sparing mastectomy with tissue expanders and Alloderm in the first stage. Second stage reconstruction was placement of 800 cc round high profile silicone implants with fat transfer and finally nipple reconstruction and 3-D tattoing.
