Revision Breast Surgery before + after photos

Patient in her 40’s with multiple prior breast augmentations by other plastic surgeons in St. Louis, was told by her surgeons that she only needed larger implants. Prior periareolar lift and subglandular implants. Patient had revision breast augmentation with pocket modification, mesh internal bra, breast lift, breast fold elevation and reverse tummy tuck to give her the upper pole fullness, shape and cleavage she desired. Implants used were moderate profile 445 cc silicone gummy bear gel implants placed in a submuscular pocket.
