Patient in her 60’s, BMI 25 with prior botched abdominal lipo. Pt had tummy tuck/lower body lift with 360 lipo and hip reshaping. Pt did not want fleur de lis and aware would have some loose skin without. Plan is for reverse tummy tuck with redo breast augmentation and lift to address upper body.
