Reconstruction Revision before + after photos

55 y/o female treated by another plastic surgeon who failed left breast implant reconstruction after radiation. In addition, she had a capsular contracture of the right breast. She underwent 2-stage reconstruction of the left breast with latissimus flap and tissue expander in the first surgery. At the second surgery, she had a round silicon implant placed and underwent major revision of the right breast with removal of breast capsule and implant, placement of a new implant and Alloderm mesh reconstruction.
