Reconstruction Revision before + after photos

A complex and difficult case of a woman in her 60’s who had a poor outcome from another plastic surgeon at a major hospital in St. Louis after left breast reconstruction. She had nipple sparing mastectomy of the left breast with round silicone implant reconstruction and had a painful contracture as well as severe asymmetry and disfigurement. She underwent major revision with removal of the left breast implant and capsule, placement of a large piece of mesh and a new round textured implant as well as revision of her right breast implant surgery.
