Reconstruction Revision before + after photos

Patient in her 60’s with right breast cancer, implant reconstruction and right latissimus flap done by another plastic surgeon with multiple issues including deformed right breast shape with exposed back skin, symmastia, bilateral dog ears and left implant too far to the middle of her chest. A revision was done to remove the skin paddle, correct the symmastia and reposition the implants as well as correct her dog ears.
