Patient in her 50s with Prior breast reduction surgery shown after fleur-de-lis tummy tuck with 360 high definition liposuction, upper back lift/upper body lift and breast lift with implants. Implants used were 310 cc gummy bear cohesive silicone implants placed above the muscle and the subfascial plane with a mesh internal bra.
