Breast Implants before + after photos

Patient in her 30s with massive weight loss shown before/after subfascial breast augmentation with mesh internal bra and arm/outer chest lift. Implants used were 500 cc high profile cohesive silicone implants. She underwent two stage whole body makeover. Prior breast lift was performed with her first stage skin removal fleur de lis tummy tuck and upper back lift.
