Patient in her 60’s with prior lower body lift done elsewhere before/after 360 Hi-Def lipo, fat transfer to buttocks, upper body lift and redo breast reduction/lift with implants. Implants were downsized from 500 to 350 cc and her implant pocket was tightened.
