Patient in her 40’s (BMI 29.5) with severe tuberous breast deformity before/after mommy makeover surgery. This included a fleur de lis tummy tuck with Hi-Def lipo, fat transfer hip dips and breast augmentation with periareolar lift. Implants used were 560 cc cohesive gummy bear silicone below the muscle. While she needed a full breast lift, due to her sever tuberous breasts and need for larger implants, we were only able to offer a periareolar lift in 1 surgery.
