58 year old female with previous submuscular silicone implants and implant rupture with capsular contractures underwent bilateral capsulectomy and removal ruptured implants with placement of Allergan Natrell Inspira 545 round high profile textured shaped implant. Pocket modifications were done to improve the position of the implants on her chest.
