Patient in her 50’s with prior “awake liposuction” in St Louis and associated skin fibrosis/scarring/disfigurement. She also had 2 prior breast augmentation surgeries and was displeased with her breasts. A revision tummy tuck with liposuction was done as well as en-bloc implant removal and redo breast lift to correct her deformities as much as possible.
