68 year old woman who came in for revision breast surgery from another plastic surgeon. She had a lumpectomy and radiation and an implant placed in the left breast and developed a capsular contracture with double bubble deformity. She required aggressive reconstruction with completion mastectomy and latissimus flap with implant reconstruction. A revision breast augmentation – lift was done on the right breast as well for improved shape and symmetry.
