5 year old female with left breast cancer. She had previous breast lift surgery. She underwent nipple sparing mastectomies and tissue expander reconstruction with Alloderm. She required left breast radiation. At her second surgery, a left latissimus flap was done to counter the radiation and round silicone implants were placed on both side, 615 on the left and 650 cc on the right.
