They often rely too heavily on a friends recommendation or other B.S. advertising instead of doing multiple consultations and in-depth research. Unfortunately, they never realize what a good result is supposed to look like until they finally see one. These are costly lessons and also unnecessary risk exposure and recovery. • This patient had 3 prior surgeries to do a mommy makeover with 360 lipo in 6 months from a local board - certified plastic surgeon. She never knew how much better her results could be until she saw the results of one of our patients who happened to be her friend. She came in for a revision consultation concerned with how high her abdominal scar was and then learned that she also had multiple other areas that would benefit from revision. We repaired: 1. Her abnormally early breast implant bottoming - out with an internal bra and reverse tummy tuck to reposition and stabilize her implants higher on her chest and elongate her torso. 2. Her symmastia (implants touching in the middle) with capsule modification and lipocontouring 3. Her uneven waist and muffin tops 4. Her hip dips and saddlebags • At 1 week post-op, she has a stunning result with all issues corrected. Her Hi-Def contouring won’t be visible for another few weeks. This result could have been achieved in 1 surgery, at a fraction of the cost and without 3 recoveries.$
