Billing/Account Managers
Barb joined the practice in 2019 bringing 20+ years healthcare experience with her.
She is a Certified Professional Coder that reviews notes and codes for billing. She also has experience with insurance billing and Accounts Receivable and helps with appeals and other billing related issues.
Billing Department
Laura joined the practice in 2012 with our billing department. She brings 16 years of healthcare experience with her. She handles billing insurances and prepares appeals, manages and sends out billing statements, answers questions about your bill, and does so much more every day.
Certified Medical Assistant
Tracy joined our practice in August of 2023. She brings more than 15 years of experience as a medical assistant and is here to helping our patients through their surgical journey. She works diligently to provide answers to your questions before and after surgery. To help your skin match your amazing surgical results, you will see Tracy for your microneedling procedure.
Patient Care Coordinator
Christine has been in the Healthcare field for 15+ years and joined us in May of 2017. She is primarily your first point of contact when scheduling a cosmetic consultation and will continue to work closely with you to ensure a stress free, easy process. Whether you need assistance scheduling an in – office consultation/virtual consultation, understanding the cost of surgery, financing options, or just a supportive ear. Christine is here to support you along the way.
Practice Manager
Renee joined our practice in June of 2023 as the Practice Manager. She has just over 30 years of experience in Healthcare. Renee manages the day-to-day operations of the practice relating to financial and administrative functions. She also has an excellent understanding of insurance and is available to assist patients with any insurance questions that arise.
Renee keeps up with current regulations and business practices by attending training seminars, and by utilizing knowledge from both her experiences and her membership with MGMA.
Surgery Schedule Coordinator
Chris has been with our office since 2018 as a certified clinical medical assistant. She has over 14 years experience in the medical field. As you move forward and begin your surgical journey, Chris will assist you with the entire process.
Receptionist
Dina joined our practice in August 2022, bringing with her 10 years of medical experience. She assists our patients with scheduling appointments, and any needed paperwork, while managing the flow of traffic in the office. Upon your arrival, Dina will greet you with a friendly smile and warm welcome.
