37 year old female with complex past breast surgical history. She had a pectus excavatum and 2 previous breast augmentation surgeries leaving her with a symmastia and bottoming out of her breasts. She underwent major revision with correction of the pockets and symmastia, conversion from round silicone to Mentor Memory Shape 520 cc MM+ shaped silicone implants.
